Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. is a national Mortgage Lender. We have approximately 600 Branch offices nationwide, with our home office located in Clearwater, Florida. We have a staff of people who are experienced in the mortgage industry, plus experts in lead programs, because without leads you don't have mortgages. We know we have the formula to make your business successful.
Q. What constitutes a Premier Affiliate Branch?

An affiliate Branch is a full service Branch of Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. that receives 100% of its Branch profits. We are not a "Net" Branch Company, but do retain that entrepreneurial flair.
Q. How long does it take to get approved as a new Branch?
A.
Upon completion of a Branch Application Package, Manager Agreement and other required documentation, your application for a branch manager position will be reviewed for approval by Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc.
within 2-3 days
Q. Has legal counsel reviewed PMF?
A.
Yes. PMF's Affiliate Branch program meets all regulatory requirements and conforms to those set forth in HUD Mortgagee Letter 00-15, regarding "Prohibited Branch Arrangements." We seek to comply with the rules and guidelines of all state and federal regulatory agencies.

Q. How is Branch revenue accounted for?

The Branch receives 100% of all origination fees, yield spread premium, any overage collected and any other allowable fees charged.
Q. How does PMF benefit from this arrangement?
A.
PMF charges a flat fee of $1500.00 and an administration fee of $125.00 per month, NOT per loan.
Q. Are there production guidelines set for PMF's Branches?
A.
PMF does not set production guidelines, leaving you to grow at your own pace.
Q. Who determines staffing levels, compensation, etc.?
A.
The Branch Manager is responsible for these decisions in consultation with the Corporate Office; who to hire or fire and how to compensate them is fully vested in the Branch Manager. QC and other normal support functions will NOT be an expense of the Branch because these services are included in the flat fee of $1500.00 per month.
Q. What if I want to terminate the arrangement?

Either party, PMF or the Branch Manager, can terminate the arrangement with little hassle, at any time.
Q. What capital contribution is required by the Branch Manager?
A.
There is no capital contribution required, as well as no required reserves. PMF believes we not only have the lowest fees on the market but also one of few companies that does not require capital contribution or reserves.
Q. How are Branch expenses paid?
A.
All Branch office expenses are paid via a branch checking account that is issued to each branch manager.
Q. When is PMF Branch compensated?
A.
The Branch Manager will be compensated and receive all fees the day funds are disbursed via the closing agent.
Q. How are loan officers compensated?
A.
Loan officer commissions are determined by the Branch Manager and paid through payroll via a payroll company designated by PMF.
